$1,000 refundable design consultation deposit to lock in your production slot with Eco-Lux Designs.

• Covers your 1-on-1 design consultation to plan layout, finishes, site placement, and utilities.
• Includes custom 3D renderings / visual walk-through of your Everest cabin before fabrication.
• Reserves your position in our build schedule.
• Deposit is applied toward your first draw.
• Refundable if you choose not to move forward before signing a build contract.

The Everest starts at $175 per sq ft (12×36 example ~432 sq ft ≈ $75,600 base). This deposit is required before we produce final drawings, selections, and delivery timeline.
