I’m Valin Kadura, a licensed general contractor based near San Antonio, Texas. Eco-Lux Designs creates modern micro A-frame cabins and premium container suites that combine architectural restraint with hospitality-grade construction. Introducing The Summit Series

The Summit is our flagship micro A-frame: a refined silhouette, warm wood accents, and a serene interior that photographs exceptionally well. It’s designed as a high-impact, low-maintenance asset for venues and STR properties. The Summit can be specified grid-ready (50A shore power + city-water hookup) or as a luxury off-grid configuration with solar-battery power, water storage/filtration, and septic alternatives. We also offer container-based suites and executive-level finish packages.

Luxury Off-Grid Capabilities

We engineer off-grid systems that feel indistinguishable from a high-end boutique stay.

Power — Solar PV with lithium battery storage and a hybrid inverter/charger; optional generator integration; seamless 50A shore-power passthrough when available.
Water — On-board fresh-water storage with sediment/carbon/UV filtration; rainwater pre-filter and collection ready; freeze-protection measures as required.
Hot water & cooking — High-efficiency on-demand water heating; electric or gas cooking options.
Climate — High-SEER heat-pump mini-split, optional ERV for fresh-air exchange, and envelope detailing for thermal performance and noise control.
Waste — Standard septic tie-in or premium composting/incinerating solutions, matched to code and site conditions.
Smart oversight — App-based energy and water monitoring, usage alerts, and system safeguards for guest-friendly operation.

Discovery — Site, utilities (or lack thereof), goals, timeline, and budget. We recommend the right model and grid/off-grid options.
Design & Scope — Floor plan, finishes, inclusions, and—if off-grid—preliminary load modeling and system sizing. You receive a clear proposal with schedule and draws.
Approvals — Permitting support available where required.
Off-Site Build — Fabrication in a controlled environment for quality and speed.
Site Readiness — Coordination for pad/foundation and utility connections—or off-grid siting and commissioning (vendor referrals available).
Delivery & Install — Set, connect/commission, walkthrough, punch list, sign-off.
Handover — Photo-ready space, warranty, owner packet, and system orientation.

FAQ

Can you build fully off-grid?

Yes. We model your energy and water profile, then specify solar-battery capacity, water storage/filtration, and waste systems to suit your climate, guest count, and maintenance preferences—all without compromising the guest experience.

Where do you build and deliver?

Based near San Antonio, we serve Texas and surrounding states; broader delivery is available on request.

What is the typical timeline?

Most projects run 4–6 weeks of off-site fabrication after materials are secured, followed by a ~1-day install. Custom scopes and permitting can extend timelines.

Do you assist with permitting?

Yes. Permitting support is available as an add-on. Requirements vary by jurisdiction; we define the path during Discovery.

How are utilities handled if I’m on-grid?

Models are configured for straightforward 50A shore-power and city-water hookups. We’ll coordinate with your site team for pad/foundation and connections.

Is delivery included?

Delivery and set are quoted separately based on distance, access, and equipment.

Can I customize?

Absolutely. We start with proven plans (e.g., The Summit) and curate finishes and features—including off-grid systems—to your brand and property.

Do you offer financing?

We provide introductions to consumer and commercial financing partners and can help you evaluate options.

What about warranty?

You receive a workmanship warranty plus manufacturer coverage on installed components, detailed in your proposal.

What if I decide not to move forward after the deposit?

The $1,000 Design Deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed. If you do proceed, it is credited in full to your first invoice.
