11. Our Process (How You Start)



Step 1 – $1,000 Design Deposit

This locks your build slot and pays for your design work.

You get:


  • A 1-on-1 planning call
  • Site placement review
  • Finish selections
  • Custom 3D renderings of YOUR unit



The $1,000 is applied toward your first draw. It’s refundable if you don’t move forward before signing.


Step 2 – Contract + Draws

We sign, schedule the build, and break out your payment milestones so you’re not funding 100% on day one.


Step 3 – Off-site Build

We fabricate off-site to keep your property clean and usable.


Step 4 – Delivery & Set

We deliver, level, tie-down, align hookups (or off-grid package), and stage the interior if you chose that option.


Step 5 – You List It

Bridal suite. Honeymoon cabin. Creek retreat. Romantic hideout.
